Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning
Act as the primary educator for young students, ensuring continuity in their learning process.
Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
Foster a warm, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Implement activity-based and experiential learning methodologies.
Introduce foundational concepts in English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
Encourage creativity through art, music, storytelling, and role-play.
Child Development & Classroom Management
Monitor the academic and emotional development of each child.
Instill good values, discipline, and social etiquette in students.
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Address students' emotional and behavioral needs with empathy and patience.
Maintain records of student progress and share updates with parents.
Parental Engagement & Communication
Act as the first point of contact for parents regarding their child's progress.
Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and share feedback.
Guide parents on home-based learning strategies and child development.
Assessment & Reporting
Conduct age-appropriate assessments to track student learning.
Provide timely feedback and implement remedial measures as needed.
Prepare progress reports and maintain academic records.
