Key Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and manage engaging classroom lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum. Foster real-world learning, skill-based instruction, and concept clarity through differentiated and collaborative learning techniques. Integrate cross-curricular connections, real-life examples, metaphors, and analogies into lessons. Assess, track, and report student progress systematically; set learning goals and monitor outcomes. Maintain student discipline and uphold school behaviour policies. Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership for holistic child development. Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
