We are seeking a passionate and creative

Primary Teacher

to inspire and nurture artistic expression in young learners for Grade 1. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, innovative, and able to create an engaging art curriculum aligned with the school's philosophy. They should foster a positive learning environment where students can explore various art forms and develop their creativity, confidence, and visual communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across core subjects including English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and Value Education. Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that supports academic, social, and emotional growth. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and active participation through interactive, play-based, and experiential learning methods. Integrate art, music, stories, and hands-on activities to make learning joyful and meaningful. Foster essential life skills such as teamwork, empathy, responsibility, and independence among students. Observe and assess student progress, providing individual attention and support when needed. Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and behavioral observations. Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, diaries, and progress reports to keep them informed and involved. Collaborate with co-teachers and subject specialists to plan lessons, events, and classroom activities. Participate actively in school events, assemblies, celebrations, and staff development programs. Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning. Stay updated with innovative teaching methodologies and early education trends to enhance classroom practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification in Primary 2-4 years of experience teaching early primary grades preferred. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Warm, patient, and empathetic personality. Ability to integrate creativity and experiential learning into the curriculum.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
