Openings for: Mother Teacher Grade 1 at Lalji Mehrotra Lions School, Ognaj

As a Mother Teacher, you will be the primary guide and mentor for students in your class. You will handle all subjects, foster holistic development, and maintain a close bond with students and parents to ensure each child's academic and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach all core subjects (English, Math, EVS, Hindi etc.) to primary-grade students.

Create a joyful, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the school curriculum.

Assess students' progress and maintain detailed records.

Foster emotional and social growth through positive reinforcement.

Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with fellow teachers.

Organize class activities, assemblies, and events to encourage creativity and teamwork

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master Degree - BA, MA, BSc or MSc with

B.Ed.

also, ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) or Montessori Training certification preferred. Prior experience in teaching primary or pre-primary classes with ICSE or CBSE Schools is essential.
