We are seeking a passionate and dedicated

Montessori-trained Primary Teacher, B.Ed / M.Ed / D.El.Ed

is to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, child-centered environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and a love of learning in alignment with Montessori philosophy for children aged 3-6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a well-organized, clean, and stimulating Montessori classroom environment. Guide students in a range of Montessori materials and activities, supporting their developmental needs. Observe each child's progress and prepare individual learning plans as needed. Foster independence, self-discipline, and a respectful classroom culture. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom updates. Collaborate with other staff and participate in school events, workshops, and staff meetings. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.

Qualifications:

Montessori-trained Primary Teacher, B.Ed / M.Ed / D.El Ed

Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory). Experience teaching children aged 3-6 and primary sections, especially Classes 1 to 4 in a Montessori / Primary environment, is an advantage. Strong understanding of Montessori principles and child development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about early childhood education.
