Responsibilities:

Inspire and guide children (ages 3-6) through the Montessori method, fostering curiosity, independence, and joy in learning. Create a well-prepared and peaceful classroom environment where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged. Engage students in hands-on Montessori activities in language, mathematics, sensorial, and practical life skills. Observe, assess, and personalize learning experiences to meet the unique needs of each child. Cultivate positive social and emotional development through gentle guidance and conflict resolution techniques. Maintain open and meaningful communication with parents, offering insights into their child's progress and development. Foster a love for learning by embracing patience, creativity, and respect for the natural growth of each child.

Requirements:

Willingness to undergo Montessori training, certification in Montessori is a plus Adaptable and willingness to learn Min 2 years of teaching experience/ freshers can also apply Must have good communication skills Passion for working with children ages 3 to 6 years Reliable/punctual is essential
