Qualifications (as per CBSE norms):

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or related subject B.Ed (mandatory)/ M.Ed

Experience:

1-3 years of primary teaching experience preferred (Freshers may apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Mathematics to primary classes as per CBSE syllabus and learning outcomes. Prepare detailed lesson plans using experiential, activity-based, and play-way methods. Develop students' numeracy, reasoning, and mental math skills. Use manipulatives, math labs, worksheets, games, and real-life applications to explain concepts. Conduct formative and summative assessments as per CBSE assessment norms. Maintain student records, assessment data, and progress reports. Identify learning gaps and provide remedial and enrichment support. Integrate art integration, competency-based questions Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress. Participate in school events, trainings, and academic planning meetings. Adhere to school policies, CBSE guidelines, and professional ethics.

Skills Required:

Strong conceptual clarity in primary Mathematics Child-friendly approach and good communication skills Familiarity with basic ICT tools
