Primary Mathematics Teacher

who can make mathematics engaging, meaningful, and enjoyable for young learners. The ideal candidate should foster conceptual understanding, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills through innovative and experiential teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines Build strong foundational numeracy and problem-solving skills among students Use activity-based, experiential, and real-life learning strategies to teach mathematical concepts Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate records Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs in the classroom Encourage a positive, inquiry-based learning environment Integrate technology and teaching aids effectively in lesson delivery Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and interdisciplinary learning Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development Participate actively in school events, trainings, and professional development programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics / Education or a related field B.Ed / D.El.Ed (mandatory as per CBSE norms) Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in primary classes (preferred) Strong command over Mathematics concepts and pedagogy for primary learners
