Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in subjects such as English, Math, Science, EVS, and others as per the curriculum Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and learning Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development Prepare report cards and participate in parent-teacher meetings Utilize creative teaching methods, including digital tools, activities, and group work Support students' social and emotional growth alongside academic development Collaborate with co-teachers, subject teachers, and school staff to enhance the learning experience Ensure classroom discipline and encourage good behavior through positive reinforcement Participate in school events, workshops, training, and extracurricular activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching primary grades in a school environment Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices Excellent communication and classroom management skills Proficiency in using educational technology tools Fluent in [English / Local Language as applicable] Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds
