Develop lesson plans that include listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills.
Use activity-based, experiential, and play-way methods suitable for early learners.
Integrate art integration, storytelling, rhymes, role play, and worksheets into daily lessons.
Conduct continuous and comprehensive assessment as per CBSE assessment guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments.
Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents during PTMs.
Identify slow learners and provide remedial support as required.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
Participate in school activities, assemblies, competitions, and professional development programs.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary and experiential learning activities.
Uphold school policies, CBSE norms, and professional ethics.
Educational Qualifications (As per CBSE Norms):
Bachelor's Degree
in Hindi or related subject from a recognized university
B.Ed
(mandatory)/ M.ED/M.A
Proficiency in
Hindi language (spoken and written)
Experience:
Minimum
1-3 years of teaching experience
in primary classes preferred
Required Skills:
Strong command over Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and phonetics
Ability to teach early literacy and numeracy-linked language concepts
Excellent classroom management skills for young learners
Child-friendly, patient, and empathetic approach
Effective communication skills in Hindi and English
Creativity in lesson delivery and use of teaching aids
Basic ICT skills (smart board, digital worksheets, online assessments)
