Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Hindi Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students in primary grades (Classes I to V), creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment, and fostering a love for the Hindi language and Indian culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in alignment with the school's curriculum and academic goals. Use a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Assess and evaluate students' progress regularly through classwork, assignments, and formal assessments. Maintain discipline and create a safe, supportive classroom environment. Encourage participation, creativity, and a positive attitude toward learning Hindi. Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and parents to support holistic development of students. Organize and participate in Hindi language-related activities such as storytelling, poetry recitation, dramatics, and cultural programs. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents. Stay updated with best teaching practices and integrate educational technologies where appropriate.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a relevant subject (B.A. Hindi preferred). B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting (preferred). Strong command over written and spoken Hindi. Proficient in basic computer skills and use of digital tools in teaching. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Passionate about teaching and nurturing young learners.
