Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons as per CBSE curriculum and learning outcomes.
Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and spoken Hindi skills.
Use age-appropriate teaching methodologies, including stories, poems, activities, and audio-visual aids.
Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
Assess students' academic progress through worksheets, tests, projects, and oral assessments.
Maintain accurate academic records, lesson plans, assessments, and report cards.
Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where required.
Integrate values, culture, and moral education through Hindi literature and classroom discussions.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and areas of improvement.
Participate in school meetings, trainings, workshops, and academic planning sessions.
Support school events, assemblies, competitions, and co-curricular activities.
Follow CBSE norms, school policies, child safety, and discipline guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hindi (B.A. Hindi) or equivalent.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) - mandatory as per CBSE norms.
CTET qualification preferred.
Experience
1-5 years of teaching experience as a Primary Hindi Teacher in a CBSE/recognized school preferred.
Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also be considered.
