We are seeking dedicated and qualified Primary Grade Tuition Teachers to provide individualized academic support to students in their primary school years. As a Primary Grade Tuition Teacher, you will play a crucial role in helping students strengthen their foundational knowledge, improve academic performance, and develop effective study habits. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver personalized instruction, identify areas of improvement, and create a supportive learning environment that fosters confidence and academic growth.

Provide one-on-one or small-group tuition sessions to primary grade students in various subjects, including Mathematics, English Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies. Assess students' current academic abilities, identify areas of weakness or gaps in knowledge, and develop customized learning plans to address their specific needs. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons, employing a variety of instructional strategies, teaching techniques, and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Teach and reinforce core concepts, skills, and content areas based on the primary grade curriculum, ensuring comprehension and mastery of essential knowledge and skills. Assist students in completing homework assignments, projects, and practice exercises, providing explanations, guidance, and feedback to enhance understanding and accuracy. Incorporate effective study skills, time management techniques, and organizational strategies into tuition sessions to help students become independent learners. Monitor students' progress regularly through formative assessments, quizzes, and periodic evaluations, and adjust instruction accordingly to ensure continuous improvement. Communicate with parents or guardians, providing updates on students' progress, areas of strength, and areas needing improvement, and collaborate on strategies for ongoing support. Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, academic performance, and areas of focus, and provide written progress reports as needed.
