Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Primary

Incharge

for the Foundational Stage who will be responsible for academic planning, curriculum implementation, and teacher supervision. The role involves leading a team of around

20 teachers

while also conducting

classroom teaching

to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred). Minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience in foundational/primary grades. Familiarity with NEP 2020, Foundational Literacy & Numeracy framework, and experiential learning approaches.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in early childhood and primary education pedagogy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance classroom teaching with administrative responsibilities.
