Requirements:

Expertise with English language concepts/topics at school level (ICSE & CBSE)

Experience as an English language teacher at school level (ICSE & CBSE)

Proficiency/fluency in English language (writing, speaking and reading)

1 to 2 years of experience with teaching CBSE - English language content

Freshers with BA and MA English Literature degree are welcome

Acute attention to detail

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Willingness to relocate to Visnagar, Gujarat

Basic knowledge, skills and working functionality awareness for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong work ethic and high work quality standards

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards

Delivering interactive and student-centered lessons to improve language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening

Designing and administering tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress

Providing constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language proficiency

Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Managing student behaviour and encouraging participation through effective teaching strategies

Fostering vocabulary building, grammar comprehension, and pronunciation improvement

Encouraging critical thinking and communication skills through discussions and debates

Identifying students who need additional help and providing extra support or remedial lessons

Offering academic and career guidance where necessary

Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports

Communicating with parents and guardians regarding student performance

Communicating deadlines, timelines, lead times and priorities to team members

Planning work schedules ahead of time in concurrence with team members and other leaders
