Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Learning

Teach English to primary students as per the prescribed curriculum. Develop age-appropriate lesson plans to build vocabulary, grammar, comprehension, and communication skills. Use stories, rhymes, role-play, and activities to make language learning engaging.

Assessment & Student Progress

Assess students through worksheets, oral assessments, reading exercises, and written work. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback. Identify learning gaps and provide additional support where required.

Classroom Management

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment. Encourage confidence, creativity, and participation among students.

Curriculum & Collaboration

Support curriculum planning and implementation in coordination with the primary team. Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities.

Parent Communication

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development. Support school initiatives and events involving parent engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate degree with specialization in English. D.Ed / B.Ed preferred. Experience teaching primary classes is desirable. Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/IB curriculum is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong command of spoken and written English. Child-friendly approach with patience and empathy. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Creative, organized, and enthusiastic about teaching young learners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
