Keep an eye on the behavior and psychology of the students to understand any downfalls Record and evaluate the development of each student Should be able to have command over a classroom of 25-30 children The teacher should have experience in teaching at the primary level, for class 1 to class 5. Lesson planning, Teachers notes ,program of work to be written on timely basis. The teacher must be regular and punctual to school. Should be able to coach the slow learners after school to help them improve in reading and writing English. The teacher must have good knowledge and command over English grammar and phonics
