B.Ed (mandatory)/ M.Ed/M.A
Experience:
1-3 years of teaching experience in primary classes preferred (Freshers may apply)
Key Responsibilities :
Teach English to primary classes (Grades 1-3) in accordance with CBSE curriculum guidelines and learning outcomes.
Plan and deliver structured lesson plans focusing on Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW) skills.
Use activity-based, experiential, play-way, and storytelling methods to make language learning engaging and age-appropriate.
Develop students' phonics, vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
Encourage spoken English through role plays, conversations, recitations, and presentations.
Design and administer formative and summative assessments as per CBSE norms.
Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and assessment data.
Identify learning gaps and provide remedial instructions and enrichment activities.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Integrate art integration, competency-based questions, and cross-curricular links in lesson delivery.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.
Participate actively in school activities, assemblies, competitions, and professional development programmes.
Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary learning and curriculum planning.
Adhere to school policies, child safety norms, and professional ethics at all times.
