We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Primary English Teacher

to join our school in Balaghat. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, a passion for teaching young learners, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English to primary school students (Classes 1 to 5) using interactive and student-centered methods. Develop lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives. Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback. Organize classroom activities that enhance reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Maintain discipline in the classroom and create a supportive atmosphere. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Required Skills

Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong instructional and classroom management skills. Ability to use creative teaching aids and digital tools. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State curriculum. Training in child psychology or modern teaching techniques is an added advantage.
