Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured English lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
Foster a love for reading, writing, listening, and speaking among primary-grade students.
Use creative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective.
Evaluate and monitor students' progress through classwork, assessments, and feedback.
Maintain discipline, a positive learning environment, and respect for diversity in the classroom.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support holistic student development.
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and continuous professional development programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English / Education (B.Ed. preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience teaching English at the primary level (CBSE/ICSE/IB preferred).
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young learners.
