We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Primary Coordinator

to lead our primary school section. This role requires a dedicated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education.

The Primary Coordinator will be responsible for:

Overseeing the academic and administrative operations of the primary school section. Developing and implementing curriculum plans that align with educational standards and best practices.

Providing strong leadership and guidance to primary school staff

, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.

Mentoring and supporting teachers

, facilitating their professional development and ensuring high-quality instruction.

Managing and coordinating activities within the pre-primary section

, ensuring a smooth transition for students into primary grades. Collaborating with parents, teachers, and administration to ensure student well-being and academic success. Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies for academic improvement. Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for all primary students.
Qualifications:

Post-graduation/Graduation

in Education or a relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience

in an educational leadership role within a primary school setting.

Proven experience in handling the pre-primary section

is essential. Demonstrated

leadership qualities

with the ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively guide staff. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
