Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or relevant field
B.Ed or M.Ed preferred
3-5 years of teaching experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or coordination role
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee academic planning and implementation for primary grades
Support and mentor primary teachers in lesson planning and classroom management
Monitor student progress and ensure curriculum alignment with State Board standards
Coordinate assessments, parent-teacher meetings, and school events
Foster a collaborative and positive learning environment across the primary section
Liaise with school leadership to maintain high academic and behavioral standards
