Key Responsibilities

Coordinate academic planning and classroom activities for Grades 2-4 Support and monitor teachers' lesson plans and classroom delivery Ensure curriculum implementation as per school guidelines Observe classes and provide academic support and feedback to teachers Coordinate assessments, worksheets, and academic records Communicate with parents regarding academic matters when required Maintain discipline, student well-being, and classroom standards Support school events, trainings, and academic initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed (mandatory) Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at primary level Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills Sound knowledge of child-centered teaching practices
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
