Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons as per Cambridge Primary Curriculum standards. Prepare

lesson plans

,

worksheets

, and teaching resources tailored to different learning levels. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Coordinate academic planning and mentor buddy teachers. Maintain an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment. Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school leadership for curriculum development.

Candidate Requirements:

Mandatory

: Proven teaching experience in

Cambridge Curriculum (Primary Level)

. Bachelor's/Master's degree with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. Strong lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to mentor and train other teachers.

Special Requirements by Role:

Grade 1 HRT

: Strong child engagement & multi-subject teaching ability.

Primary Math Teacher

: Strong mathematical pedagogy & conceptual teaching.

Librarian

: Knowledge of school library systems and student reading programs.

Math & Science Coordinators

: Leadership in subject planning, teacher mentoring & curriculum mapping.

Hindi/Telugu Coordinators

: Ability to lead language curriculum and guide language faculty.
