Support delivery of daily lessons aligned with CBSE/ICSE/State board curriculum.
Lead small-group or one-on-one interventions to reinforce classroom learning.
Supervise students during transitions, playtime, lunch breaks, and field activities.
Assist in preparing teaching aids, classroom displays, and hands-on educational materials.
Maintain an organized, clean, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Aid in formative assessments, track learning progress, and record observations.
Encourage positive behavior using inclusive, child-centered discipline strategies.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide progress updates under lead teacher guidance.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings.
Handle additional tasks related to student well-being or school events as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:Required:
Minimum: Graduate.
Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education or Primary Teaching.
Experience working with children aged 6-11 in a school, daycare, or similar educational setting.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline.
Familiarity with child-focused pedagogy (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia).
Understanding of developmental milestones and educational psychology.
