Support the main teacher in planning and delivering daily lessons and classroom activities.
Provide individual and small-group assistance to students for better understanding of lessons.
Prepare, organize, and distribute learning materials and classroom resources.
Monitor student progress and report observations to the class teacher.
Help maintain classroom discipline, safety, and a positive learning atmosphere.
Supervise students during recess, assemblies, and school activities.
Assist in assessing students' work and maintaining academic records.
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff when required.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Support the emotional and social development of students through encouragement and guidance.
