Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment for young learners.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and programs that promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to develop curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Attend professional development workshops and conferences to enhance teaching skills and keep abreast of current trends in education.
• Oversee and maintain a safe and clean learning environment.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license.
• Proven experience as a primary or pre-primary teacher.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and child development principles.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and dedication to student success.
