Implement and monitor curriculum across Classes 1-5.
Ensure proper implementation of curriculum, planners, and activity sheets.
Monitor student progress and ensure development in all early-childhood domains.
Teacher Guidance & Development
Mentor and support teachers in pedagogy, planning, and classroom management.
Conduct academic meetings, demos, and training sessions.
Administrative Responsibilities
Oversee events, competitions, assemblies, and school activities.
Take classes whenever required to support the wing.
Requirements
Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant discipline.
B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory for primary level.
3-5 years of teaching experience in primary grades; coordination experience preferred.
Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in computers, MS Office, and Google tools.
