Job Title: Primary Academic Coordinator

is seeking a dedicated and dynamic

Primary Academic Coordinator

to oversee academic planning, classroom execution, and continuous improvement in the Primary Wing. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality teaching standards and support teachers in delivering an engaging, child-centered learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support Primary teachers in daily academic activities. Coordinate lesson planning, timetable management, and curriculum implementation. Monitor classroom performance and ensure adherence to academic standards. Conduct regular academic reviews, classroom observations, and teacher trainings. Maintain communication between teachers, parents, and school management. Organize assessments, maintain records, and ensure smooth execution of academic programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education (

B.Ed / M.Ed mandatory

). Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience in academic coordination or Primary teaching preferred.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
