The Opportunity:
As the Manager - Pricing Management at MostEdge, you will lead pricing strategy development and implementation across a portfolio of convenience store clients. You will be responsible for overseeing data analysis, monitoring competitor pricing, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive pricing efficiency and profitability. The role requires a blend of operational experience, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:
Accountability
Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to improve revenue and margin performance.
Manage a team of pricing associates, guiding their day-to-day tasks and performance.
Use store-level insights (bar code scanning, physical stock verification) to influence pricing recommendations.
Generate pricing dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders and clients.
Serve as a subject matter expert in pricing discussions with clients.
Scope
Monitor competitor pricing trends and market behavior to maintain competitiveness.
Create and maintain SOPs related to pricing governance, barcode integrity, and inventory-linked pricing controls.
Collaborate with Store Operations and Supply Chain teams to align pricing with product availability and seasonality.
Conduct margin analysis, elasticity modeling, and price-performance reviews to guide client decisions.
Outcomes
Identify pricing anomalies, optimize price points, and ensure price compliance across stores.
Manage team of pricing associates, to enhance the efficiency of Store Management Operations.
Help clients understand strategy updates and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
Provide recommendations and actionable insights to clients to enhance profitability.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance or Economics.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in store management in the retail environment, preferably
FMCG.
Proven track record of Store operations with focus on Pricing and Store Management
including Stock physical verifications.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in
a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain
pricing details & changes to both internal teams and clients.

Knowledge of the convenience store industry and BPO operations is a plus.
