Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export SEA FCL Pricing Executive to manage end-to-end pricing, procurement, and booking processes for SEA FCL shipments. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and hands-on experience working with major shipping lines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Export SEA FCL pricing and ensure competitive rate procurement. Source and negotiate freight rates from multiple shipping lines and NVOCCs. Analyze pricing trends to provide accurate and timely quotations to the sales team and customers. Manage procurement of competitive costs based on trade lanes and customer requirements. Coordinate and book containers with carriers/shipping lines as per shipment schedules. Maintain updated rate sheets, carrier contracts, and pricing records. Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, agents, and vendors. Ensure timely communication with internal teams regarding rates, schedules, and booking status. Support operational teams with documentation and container release coordination when required.

Requirements

1-5 years of experience in Export SEA FCL pricing, procurement, or freight forwarding. Strong knowledge of international shipping lines, trade lanes, and export operations. Hands-on experience in procuring FCL rates and coordinating container bookings. Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills. Good communication and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
