Responsibilities:
Source and prepare competitive
land, sea, and air freight
rates.
Coordinate with trucking vendors, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents for pricing.
Respond to customer enquiries, handle bookings, and provide shipment updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, accounts) for smooth shipment execution.
Provide timely and accurate quotations to customers and sales teams..
Handle bookings, schedules, and coordination for road transport, ocean shipments, and air cargo.
Update rate sheets, maintain quotation logs, and ensure documentation accuracy (BL, AWB, CMR, invoices).
Support end-to-end customer service and ensure smooth cargo movement across all modes.
Requirements:
1-3 years experience in logistics/freight forwarding (land/sea/air preferred).
Understanding of freight operations and Incoterms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and email communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
