We are hiring Asst. Manager-Air Exports Pricing and customer service
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Compensation: 6 - 7 Lakhs per annum
Key Responsibilities
1. Air Export Pricing
Obtain competitive freight rates from airlines, consolidators, and agents.
Prepare and submit quotations to customers promptly.
Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
Monitor market trends and airline rate changes periodically.
Maintain a rate database for reference and benchmarking
2. Customer Service
Act as the primary point of contact for key air export customers.
Handle pre-shipment to post-shipment inquiries and provide shipment status updates.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service
excellence.
Coordinate with internal teams and overseas agents to meet customer expectations.
3. Documentation
Oversee the preparation of shipping documents such as HAWB, MAWB, invoices, and
packing lists.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation as per customs and airline regulations.
Coordinate with CHA and regulatory bodies for smooth clearance and dispatch.
Maintain organized records of all shipment-related documents for audit and compliance
purposes.
4. MIS Reports Data Management
Generate and submit periodic MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to management.
Track KPIs such as volume handled, service levels, and customer feedback.
Provide data insights and analytics for decision-making and performance improvement.
Maintain shipment tracking systems and ensure data accuracy.
