Senior Pricing Executive

to drive competitive pricing strategies and support our continued growth.

Role Overview

The Senior Pricing Executive will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing pricing strategies for

sea, air, and land freight (FTL/LTL)

. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with carriers, agents, and internal teams to deliver profitable and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement

competitive pricing strategies

for sea, air, and land freight. Liaise with

shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and agents

to negotiate competitive rates and secure capacity. Prepare

timely and accurate quotations

for clients and overseas partners. Analyze

market trends, carrier rates, and competitor activity

to ensure strong market positioning. Support

sales and operations teams

with accurate and profitable rate structures. Maintain and update

pricing databases

, ensuring all tariffs and surcharges are current. Collaborate with internal departments to align pricing with

operational capabilities and margin goals

. Monitor

shipment profitability

and recommend cost optimization or corrective measures as needed.

Requirements

1-4 years' experience

in pricing within the freight forwarding or logistics industry (sea, air, and land). Strong understanding of

FTL/LTL operations, Incoterms, international shipping, and customs procedures

. Excellent

negotiation, analytical, and communication

skills. Proficient in

MS Excel

and familiar with systems such as

CargoWise, SAP

, or similar platforms. Able to

work under pressure

and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
