Candidate from Mumbai- Western Line - having 1-2 years of experience in Pricing & Quotations preparing for Frieght Firm for market China/ Europe & sometime for US market

Co ready to train also ...having basic working knoweldge

Job Responsibilities:-

Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and vendors

to obtain competitive ocean and air freight rates for both import and export shipments.

Prepare accurate and timely freight quotations

for customers and the internal sales team, ensuring all costs are included (e.g., DDU/DAP costs, tariffs, surcharges).

Assist or Able to manage after some duration in Pricing negotiations

with carriers and suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions and optimize profit margins.

Work closely with the sales, operations, and documentation teams

to ensure smooth shipment execution and alignment of pricing with business objectives.

Maintain and regularly update the company's pricing database, rate sheets, and records to ensure information is current.

Ensure all quotations and pricing structures comply with company standards

Build and maintain strong relationships

with carriers, agents, and clients
