Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage quotations for ocean freight, air freight, and logistics services Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, and vendors to obtain competitive rates Maintain and update rate sheets, tariffs, and pricing databases Support sales team with timely and accurate pricing solutions Analyze market rates and support cost-effective pricing strategies Ensure compliance with Incoterms, contracts, and company pricing policies Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of quoted services

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in pricing or commercial roles within freight forwarding/logistics Good understanding of freight forwarding processes, Incoterms, and shipping documentation Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel and basic pricing tools
