Job Family Definition:

Defines, develops, evaluates and oversees the implementation of pricing models and strategies designed to optimize revenue, market share, brand positioning and long-term profits. Partners with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, Finance and other key stakeholders to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements. Prioritizes and delivers on opportunities to monetize products offered initially at little to no cost, or to implement upsell opportunities as products are repositioned in the marketplace. Monitors the ongoing business environment to ensure competitive pricing/market position and directs the development and analysis of pricing models and projections. Oversees the implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.

Management Level Definition:

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

Pricing Advisor (Deal desk)

Executes operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation. Produces deal documentation and configures systems to reflect ordering processes. Generates invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements. Records, updates and validates customer and deal information in systems produces reports and analyses of sales processing activities.

\xc3\x98 Pricing policy guidelines adoption

\xc3\x98 Process improvement & documentation

\xc3\x98 Sales and BUs engagement and support on pricing decision

\xc3\x98 Pricing Analysis & recommendations

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Typically 5+ years experience in pricing or finance

Knowledge and Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Basic understanding of business and Pricing/finance tools, systems and practices

\xc2\xb7 Good analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 Financial Accumen & experience

\xc2\xb7 Good written and verbal communication skills

\xc2\xb7 mastery in English and local language
