Key Responsibilities:
Conduct price enquiries for products and services as assigned.
Call multiple vendors, suppliers, and service providers to compare quotes.
Collect and verify details such as product specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
Maintain an organized database of supplier contacts and quotations.
Prepare and share summarized comparison reports of quotations.
Build relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors for future requirements.
Ensure timely follow-up and communication of updates.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (phone and WhatsApp proficiency preferred).
Ability to speak in English/Hindi as needed.
Strong organizational and research skills.
Access to a phone and internet connection.
Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, telemarketing, or vendor management is a plus.
