Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Perform daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth functioning of machines and equipment. Carry out regular preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and downtime. Diagnose faults, repair, or replace worn parts in machines and equipment. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards during all activities. Maintain facility and work areas free from hazardous objects and substances Assist in preparation of budgets related to installation, maintenance, and consumables Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, spare consumption, and costs. Submit reports on maintenance progress to supervisors. Support material movement and manpower allocation for ongoing projects. Assist in preparation of documents for monthly and annual audits. Work in new machine installations ensuring timely completion of projects. Conduct routine calibration and maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Develop preventive maintenance schedules tailored to site conditions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
