Key Responsibilities:
Manage
press shop operations
to achieve production, quality & safety targets. Supervisepress machines, dies & manpower
on shift. Ensuretool change, die setting & try-outs
as per plan. Monitorproduction efficiency, breakdowns & downtime reduction
. Coordinate withQuality, Tool Room & Maintenance
teams. Drive5S, Kaizen, safety & continuous improvement
activities.Requirements:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering Strong experience in
Press Shop operations & die management
Knowledge ofsheet metal processes & safety standards
Leadership and problem-solving skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
