Job Title: Press Machine Operator

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Press Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and inspecting press machines to produce high-quality parts efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate various types of press machines according to production specifications.

- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.

- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper operation and quality standards.

- Monitor machine during operation to detect malfunctions or defects.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

- Record production data accurately and report any issues to supervisors.

- Follow all safety procedures and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Press Machine Operator or similar role.

- Strong understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
