Job Title: Press Operator

Location: Sonale Village, Bhiwandi

Gender: Male

Experience: 2-5 years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Tool & Die, or Production Engineering

Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Setup and Operation: Set up press machines according to specifications -- load materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure proper die placement.

2. Monitoring and Adjusting: Monitor machine operations, make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency, and resolve any operational issues.

3. Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet dimensional and visual quality standards. Address defects or deviations immediately.

4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform basic maintenance, identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure machines run smoothly.

5. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

6. Production Documentation: Record production details -- material usage, settings, output, and inspection results.

7. Team Collaboration: Work with supervisors, engineers, and team members to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.

8. Specific Tasks (if applicable): In radiator manufacturing, handle forming of metal sheets, shaping fins, and assembling parts as per design requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

1. Hands-on experience in operating mechanical or hydraulic press machines.

2. Basic understanding of press tooling, sheet metal forming, stamping, or punching processes.

3. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (preferred).

4. Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

5. Team player with strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

6. Ability to work efficiently under production timelines.
