Designation: Press Brake Operator

Salary: Based on current CTC

Experience: 3 to 4 Year Experience in relevant field

Qualifications: Diploma-Mech

Job Location: Chennai

Work place Machine details:

AMADA Make CNC press break/ folding machine,

Sheet Metal work (thickness0.8mm to 5mm)

Machine Capacity: 85T/ 2mtrs long

:

Operate press break machine

Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.

Use a CNC controller in input information into machine.

Adjust ram and neck gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.

Checks height, depth and thickness using micrometres, dial indicator, callipers, gauge and other precision-measuring instruments.

Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.

Produce parts for assembly operations.

Perform spot inspection of parts.

Perform all required routine and minor maintenance activities according to procedures.

Identity assembly parts.

Configure bend allowances for sheet metal (Stainless, Aluminium & Regular Steet).

Check machine for defects and repair if necessary.

Ensure machine is calibrated and cleaned.

Capability to read drawing.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of working experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
