Position - Press Break Operator

Age - Above 22

Qualification - Diploma

Experience - Minimum 3 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation:

Operate press brake machines to bend and shape materials such as

sheet metal

into required forms.

Program or adjust machine settings according to job requirements, including bend angles and material thickness.

2. Setup and Preparation:

Set up press brake dies, punches, and back gauges based on work orders or blueprints.

Conduct test runs to ensure machine settings produce accurate results.

3. Quality Control:

Inspect completed parts using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, protractors, tape measures) to ensure adherence to specifications.

Make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and precision.

4. Blueprint Reading:

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications to determine required materials and procedures.

5. Maintenance and Safety:

Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure they are in good working condition.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain records of production activities, including completed tasks and machine performance.

Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.

Skills:

Experience in operating press brake machines or similar metalworking equipment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements.

Knowledge of metal types and their bending properties.

Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
