Team Leader for its Wealth Management division
. This role is ideal for senior professionals from the
Private Wealth

15+ years of experience
, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive wealth management growth across multiple regions.
The position involves leading a team of experienced Relationship Managers, scaling the Wealth Management business, and driving overall AUM growth while ensuring best-in-class client satisfaction and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Business & AUM Growth
Drive
overall new AUM growth
as per business objectives.
Manage
individual and team P&L
for the Wealth Management unit.
Develop strategic plans for the Wealth Management business to achieve growth targets.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual
sales and business targets
across the region.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including
manpower productivity
, and implement improvements.
Client & Portfolio Management
Oversee acquisition, servicing, and retention of
high-net-worth clients
.
Conduct periodic
portfolio reviews
, risk assessments, and ensure clients receive sound financial guidance.
Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to strengthen advisory quality.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead a team of
10-15 Relationship Managers
, providing clear direction, coaching, and motivation.
Build a
high-performance, collaborative team culture
focused on excellence.
Recruit, train, and groom team members while developing strong
succession pipelines
.
Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals to ensure target achievement.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all wealth management activities adhere to the internal
Compliance framework
.
Maintain updated knowledge of relevant regulations.
NISM certification is required.
Education & Certifications
Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent professional certification.
Strong knowledge of
financial products
and
capital markets
is essential.
