Job Dimensions (role and responsibilities)

• Accountable for building a market-leading proposition
• Key contributor for driving growth strategy and related investment
• Key contributor in the development of strategies to win business and align segments and stakeholders to influence change to drive growth
• Drive growth and distinctive client value through delivering Aon\'s superior data and analytics
• Ensure operating objectives and standards of performance to deliver comprehensive solutions impacting client\'s organizations
• Support with the growing of internal skill base to build and develop a high performing team

Key Performance Indicators

• The incumbent is responsible for contributing towards achievement of the Budget goals of the operating country
• S/he will help define and execute the Reinsurance Solutions India multi-year strategy
• The incumbent will generate and manage key prospect relationships

Skills and Attitude

• Strong C-Level & Risk / Insurance management relationships and/or ability to establish trust-based relationships at this level.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, Consultative selling, advising, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Initiative and leadership skills
• Managing high performing and effective teams
• Insurance professional qualifications is must.
• Solid understanding of the insurance market \xe2\x80\x93 in India, and Worldwide.
• Requirement-Graduate/Post graduate with 20+ years of relevant work experience with IRDA Certification / Broker Qualified Certification.
