Presentation & Pitch Deck Specialist

We are looking for a visually creative and detail-oriented Presentation & Pitch Deck Specialist to transform raw content into high-impact pitch decks, investor presentations, infographics, and corporate PowerPoints. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling skills, a solid understanding of design hierarchy, and the ability to convert complex information into clear, compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pitch Deck & Presentation Creation

Convert structured or unstructured content into high-quality PowerPoint presentations. Create investment/strategy decks, sales decks, and executive briefs with strong visual storytelling. Ensure clarity, logical flow, and consistent structure across slides.

2. Visual Design & Infographics

Design infographics, diagrams, charts, and visual frameworks to simplify complex information. Develop custom slide layouts, icons, and design elements aligned with brand guidelines.

3. Brand & Aesthetic Quality Control

Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, and overall visual style. Refresh and modernize existing presentations to enhance impact and readability.

4. Content Understanding & Interpretation

Understand business, finance, and strategic concepts sufficiently to visualize them effectively. Collaborate with teams to refine messaging and presentation structure.

5. Tools & Technical Skills

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (mandatory). Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or Figma (one or more). Ability to create charts and dashboards using Excel or similar tools.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

2-6 years of experience in presentation design, pitch deck creation, or visual communication. Portfolio showcasing pitch decks, infographics, and corporate presentations. Strong grasp of design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and minimalism.

Soft Skills

Strong visual storytelling abilities. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Clear communication skills to understand requirements and present ideas effectively.

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or corporate strategy. Understanding of financial concepts, business models, and data visualization. Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro).

Pay: ?25,019.54 - ?78,573.91 per month
