We are hiring for Presentation Design Specialist - 5+ yrs Company location is Ahmedabad We are providing WORK FROM HOME You can also share resume and portfolio on [HIDDEN TEXT] Budget is upto 80000/-pm Experience is 5+ yrs (experience designing presentations for enterprises in line with corporate branding ) Responsibilities This candidate will be responsible for designing and producing corporate presentations for internal & external meetings Design and prepare engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals Maintain updates and additions to the corporate presentation and assist with cleanup and revisions to team slides Design and produce a set of bulletproof templates and tools to enable internal teams to easily create brand consistent presentations Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines Mentor / coach other members of the team future opportunities to transition into a leadership role Benefits Remote-forever (no uncertainties in-person or hybrid working - we\'re a 100% remote-always workforce) The company will provide a monthly allowance (BYOD, bring your own device) for managing home office requirements 1 to 2 in-person offsites annually in the Ahmedabad area 12 PTO days + full-week of vacation during the December holidays Profit-Sharing - a generous profit-sharing bonus (Candidates will be eligible for the program after completing their 3-month probationary period) Schedule Candidates are expected to work 40 hours a week. Core hours: Monday - Friday 11:30 AM IST to 830 PM IST - most of the team interactions happen in this window. Candidates will also work 2nd shift (3pm to midnight IST) one week every 3-5 weeks. Weekend Overtime: There may be weekend work occasionally, and an overtime allowance is provided for weekend work. Education/Experience Personality: Is passionate and believes in the value of strong designs when it comes to Presentations loves PowerPoint as a tool to create edit-friendly presentations Lives for the challenges that come with designing presentations - with the user and audience in mind Understands visual hierarchy, crafting effective layouts, working with typography, and thinking about how the \'message\' and \'design\' comes together Curious and kind - Curious to understand contents of a slide and can ask questions to inform oneself - so that (s)he can design effective presentations Should have analytical skills - can really understand data, numbers, financial charts - or is willing to learn \'chart\' skills Should not just possess \'DESIGN SKILLS\' but also have critical thinking skills, be curious about understanding businesses, can research competitor companies Attitude is everything. Be bold but be understanding and compassionate. We want an A+ player who is sincere, passionate and most importantly doesn\'t do things for the sake of doing it. Education Preferred: Major in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Visual and Communication Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent (in a creative profession, e.g. NIFT, NID degrees) Or equivalent work experience that shows expertise / strengths in above areas Preferred: Proficiency in written / verbal English communication Education/Experience Experience: 5+ years of work experience Non-agency / large companies: Working in roles related to Presentation Designer, Creative Head / Creative Direction related Agency: Presentation Designer, Sr. Graphic Designer, Sr. Visual Designer, Creative Director/ Head The candidate must be an excellent conceptual designer and a master at creating bulletproof presentation decks and templates in PowerPoint A strong work ethic, agility, and the ability to work under pressure are necessary for this role A portfolio which shows excellent presentation work is required 5+ years of experience designing presentations for enterprises in line with corporate branding Must have expert technical knowledge with latest versions of PowerPoint including creating slide masters, designing for various output media (projector, monitors and print-outs), object animations/transitions, embedding video, etc Expert level proficiency with Adobe CC applications: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Ability to translate complicated concepts into clear and compelling visual narratives (infographics, animation, icons, charts, data visualization) Ability to format content and typography at a professional level Knowledge of process to implement brand guidelines and manage consistency across all marketing assets High personal standards for quality, able to \'proof-read\' own work Manage & execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines Ability to handle tight deadlines in a fast paced environment Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines Positive Attitude receptive to creative direction and design feedback Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills: graphic design,typography,infographics,animation,icon design,charts,data visualization,adobe photoshop,adobe illustrator,indesign,ui/ux design,presentation design
