Sanket Communications is a Bhubaneswar-based integrated advertising and communications agency working with government departments, large PSUs, and private brands. Our work spans creative campaigns, digital marketing, films, events, OOH, and large-scale public communication for flagship programmes and events.

We regularly participate in government tenders and high-stakes presentations for state departments, PSUs, and private clients. We are looking for a smart, confident presenter who can represent Sanket Communications in these crucial meetings.

Job Summary



The Presentation & Client Pitch Specialist will be responsible for preparing and delivering clear, compelling presentations for government tenders, public sector undertakings, and private clients. The ideal candidate is fluent in Odia and English, confident in public speaking, and capable of understanding proposals and turning them into structured presentations.

This role will begin as a freelance / consultant engagement, with a clear pathway to full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities



Client & Tender Presentations

Deliver in-person presentations for government tenders, PSU pitches, and private client meetings.

Present Sanket's credentials, case studies, strategy, and proposals confidently in Odia and English.

Handle basic Q&A in meetings and coordinate with the internal team for technical or detailed responses.

Presentation & Content Preparation



Work with internal teams (accounts, strategy, creative, digital, events) to understand tender requirements and client briefs.

Prepare and refine PowerPoint / Google Slides presentations for tenders, pitches, and review meetings.

Structure presentations logically: problem ? insight ? strategy ? solution ? execution ? impact.

Research client/department/PSU background, previous campaigns, schemes, and communication needs to customise each presentation.

Coordination & Follow-Up

Coordinate with team members to collect accurate data, case studies, metrics, and creative references.

Take notes during meetings and share clear summaries with the internal team (questions, objections, next steps).

Assist in preparing supporting documents for tender presentations (printouts, annexures, handouts, etc.).

Representation & Professional Conduct

Represent Sanket Communications professionally in all external meetings.

Maintain punctuality, proper dress code, and strong communication etiquette.

Be comfortable travelling frequently for meetings and presentations (primarily within Odisha; occasionally outside the state if required).

Requirements- Education



Graduate in any discipline.

MBA / Mass Communication / Marketing / English / Public Administration is an added advantage but not mandatory if skills are strong.

Language & Communication

Fluent spoken Odia and English (mandatory).

Clear and confident public speaking skills.

Ability to explain ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences

Basic writing skills for slide content, emails, and meeting notes.

Presentation & Research Skills

Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.

Ability to create structured, visually neat presentations.

Comfort with basic research on government schemes, departments, PSUs, and private companies.

Personality & Soft Skills

Confident, composed, and comfortable speaking in front of groups.

Personable and polite; able to build rapport with officials and clients.

Responsible, reliable, and deadline-driven.

Ownership mindset:

treats every presentation as representing the entire agency.

Location -

Primary base must be Bhubaneswar or the candidate must be willing to relocate.

This is an on-site role with regular in-person meetings, office coordination, and travel for presentations.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

Prior experience with government tenders, PSU presentations, or working with government departments.

Experience in advertising, marketing, PR, events, or digital agencies.

Basic understanding of media planning, branding, digital marketing, or event management.

Job Type & Compensation



Phase 1: Freelance / Contract

Compensation on a per-presentation, per-project, or monthly retainer basis (negotiable).

Availability required for internal preparation meetings, rehearsals, and final presentations (including travel days).

Phase 2: Full-Time (Optional, Based on Performance)

Opportunity to convert to a full-time role with fixed salary.

Expanded responsibilities in client servicing, business development, and proposal management.
