Key Responsibilities

Engage and interact with pre-school children in a caring and supportive manner Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities Create a safe, fun, and nurturing classroom environment Encourage social, emotional, and language development Communicate effectively in English with children and parents Support children's daily routines and learning milestones
Eligibility Criteria

Graduates / Diploma holders (any stream) Freshers with a passion for teaching are welcome Prior experience in pre-school / kindergarten is an added advantage Good communication skills in English Love for working with young children
Skills Required

Patience and empathy Creativity and enthusiasm Strong interpersonal skills Basic classroom management skills Willingness to learn and grow in early childhood education
